The distribution of economic impact payments will begin in the next three weeks and will be distributed automatically, with no action required for most people.  

When the IRS processes your tax return and approves your refund, you can see your actual personalized refund date. Refund information for the most current tax year you filed will generally be available within 24 hours after we acknowledge receipt of your e-filed return. If you filed a paper return, please allow 4 weeks before checking the status. 

In general you should receive your refund within two to three weeks of its approval by the Department of Revenue. 

The first monthly payment of the expanded and newly-advanceable CTC will be made on July 15. Eligible families are slated to begin receiving monthly payments without any further action required.
